SSM Health Dean Medical Group is searching for a talented and experienced Cardiovascular physician leader to join our organization as a Regional Clinical Program Medical Director-Cardiovascular. All Cardiology and Cardiac Surgical Specialties will be considered. This role is .7 clinical and .3 administrative, combining an impactful and highly visible leadership function with a condensed clinical practice schedule. With oversight responsibility for the Wisconsin region, you will play a key leadership role in the redesign and realization of a Value-Based Integrated delivery Network of Cardiovascular Services. Clinical Program Medical Directors partner with an Operational Dyad Administrator to monitor, manage, and improve the delivery of Cardiovascular services.

Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Active Unrestricted WI Medical License (or ability to obtain one)
- BC in a Cardiology or Cardiac Surgery Specialty
- 7+ years of experience as a practicing physician
- 2+ years of experience as a physician leader
- Active Unrestricted DEA
Job Duties:
- Collaborating with Cardiovascular Physicians and administrative leaders in other ministries in Wisconsin as well as other states to develop regional and system Cardiovascular strategy, develop Cardiovascular specific KPIS (Key Performance Indicators) as well as a Cardiovascular performance dashboard
- Leading and creating a learning culture with SSM WI Cardiovascular Clinicians
- Providing strategic direction, collaborating with physicians and staff in Wisconsin as well as the SSM system Cardiovascular clinical program
- Collaborating with Hospital VPMA's on related Quality Metrics and Improvement initiative in addition Clinical Program Medical Directors in related Value Based Work Streams
- Leading patient related outcome initiatives and patient experience
