General Cardiologist Needed for Prestigious Illinois Health System!

General Cardiologist needed for 2 weeks every month (1 week on, 1 week off starting the week of September 2, 2024).
1st week will be 7 days, Monday-Monday, and the 2nd week will be 5 days, Monday-Friday.
Work hours are 8am-5pm, but the Locum Physician can cover after hour calls from 5pm-8am 1 of the weeks each month if desired.
Can split between 2 Physicians, but 1 Physician is preferred.

6-12 month commitment desired.
Coverage will be at 1 of 2 hospitals in the same prestigious health system that are 30 minutes apart and about 50 miles outside of Chicago.
Both hospitals' info: 179 bed, level 2 trauma and 128 bed, level 2 trauma.
Require Board Certification in both General Cardiology and Nuclear Medicine, and Board Certified in Echocardiography is preferred.
Illinois license required or obtain an Illinois license with the LOQ (Letter of Qualification) in-hand for IMLC (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact).
Would be Inpatient only, seeing about 20 patients a day with mid-level support (1.5 NPs per day) and reading 20-30 Echocardiograms per day.
EMR is Epic.
Skills required are Tee, Cardioversions, read Echocardiograms, Stress, and Nuclear Studies.
Skills preferred are occasional TEEs for TAVRs and TEEs for Watchmen.
