ECU Health Physicians and East Carolina University’s Brody School of Medicine, Department of Cardiovascular Sciences, are seeking a BC /BE Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist to join an established advanced heart failure and mechanical circulatory support program located in Greenville, North Carolina. Applicants should be advanced heart failure fellowship trained and ABIM certified in advanced heart failure and transplant cardiology.
The Clinical sections represented in The Department of Cardiovascular Sciences include Structural Heart Disease, Electrophysiology and Arrhythmias, Heart Failure, Primary and Secondary Prevention and Vascular Diseases.
The East Carolina Heart Institute at ECU Health Medical Center is eastern North Carolina’s premier facility for cardiovascular services. The six-story, 375,000-square-foot tower houses 4 electrophysiology labs, 6 catheterization labs, state of the art imaging and diagnostic equipment, 6 cardiovascular operating rooms, and 1 hybrid operating room. It features 120 beds for patients undergoing procedures for cardiac medicine, cardiac surgery, and vascular surgery.
