Candidate will join a large group of providers in a practice which is currently experiencing significant growth._x000D_ _x000D_ WHAT WE NEED:_x000D_ _x000D_ Ideal candidate will have imaging experience, a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Physician will need to work collaboratively with all physicians and staff members within our Cardiology service line to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care._x000D_ _x000D_ WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:_x000D_ _x000D_ Rotational Outreach Schedule:_x000D_ Every 3rd week, 1 week per month at Logansport, IN_x000D_ Every 3rd Wednesday at Rennselaer, IN_x000D_ With balanced schedule at Lafayette, IN_x000D_ Outreach locations are within an hours drive from Lafayette, IN_x000D_ Call: 1:3_x000D_ Average number of outpatients: 11 13 patients per day_x000D_ Average number of inpatients: 8 15 patients per day_x000D_ _x000D_ Common Diagnoses:_x000D_ Atrial Fibrillation_x000D_ Hypertension_x000D_ Coronary Artery Disease_x000D_ Heart Failure_x000D_ Dyslipidemia_x000D_ _x000D_ WHAT WE OFFER:_x000D_ _x000D_ We strive to create a flexible and realistic work-life balance for our providers.
