Position Details

• WVU seeks a cardiologist specializing in Advanced Heart Failure
  • Ranks Available: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor
• Advanced Heart Failure program provides the most comprehensive inpatient and outpatient multidisciplinary care in the state
  • Multiple satellite clinics and telemedicine locations throughout West Virginia and the surrounding states
• Join a team composed of fellowship-trained cardiologists, surgeons, physical therapists, nutritionists, pharmacists, and nurse coordinators
• In addition to providing excellent patient care, the successful candidate will be actively involved in the teaching of medical students, internal medicine residents, and cardiology fellows

Qualifications

• Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD or DO); Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant
• Licensure: Eligible to obtain an unrestricted West Virginia medical license at time of employment
