The Section of Cardiovascular Medicine is seeking a full-time General Cardiologist to serve the Wilkesboro, Elkin and Northern Region. This regional position responsibilities will consist of Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist ambulatory clinic, Inpatient consults, Emergency Department consults, Procedural supervision and reports.
We are open to 2024 graduates. This position is in a rural area, but easily commutable from the main campus hospital and metropolitan Winston-Salem, NC.
To be considered qualified, candidates must be:
- MD/DO
- BC/BE
- Fellowship trained
- Successful record of clinical and service excellence, research experience, and interest in graduate medical education
- North Carolina licensure or eligible
- Rank commensurate with credentials and experience
