We are seeking a dedicated Noninvasive/General Cardiologist with a focus on Cardio-Oncology to join our thriving private practice in The Villages/Lady Lake, Florida. Job Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive cardiovascular evaluations: Utilize non-invasive diagnostic testing and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
Provide lifestyle modification counseling: Guide patients on diet, exercise, and stress management to promote long-term cardiovascular health.
Monitor and manage chronic heart conditions: Manage patients with hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and early-stage heart disease, helping them achieve optimal outcomes through preventive care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: Work closely with primary care physicians, nurses, and other specialists to create holistic patient care plans.
Patient education and advocacy: Educate patients on heart disease prevention, treatment options, and healthy lifestyle changes.
Stay current on preventive cardiology trends: Participate in continuous education to stay up-to-date on the latest research and advances in preventive cardiology.
Qualifications
Fellowship training or expertise in Cardio-Oncology
Board of Nuclear Medicine
Board of Echocardiography
Valid and Unrestricted Florida Medical License (or ability to obtain)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
Board of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography preferred, but not required
