We are seeking a Board-certified or Board-eligible, fellowship-trained Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our established and dynamic Cardiology Division. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-supported, high-quality team of cardiologists providing both outpatient care and inpatient consults. The successful candidate will manage a diverse patient base and have access to advanced diagnostic tools, including 3-D echocardiography, nuclear stress testing, cardiac CT, and Holter monitoring.

Job Responsibilities

Provide outpatient care for a large patient base, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools such as 3-D echocardiography, nuclear stress testing, cardiac CT, and Holter monitoring.

Perform inpatient consults at Hospital, including managing patients with CHF, dysrhythmias, acute myocardial infarctions, and other acute cardiac conditions.

Provide consults for patients admitted by Hospitalists, and occasionally assist in placing temporary pacing wires.

Interpret EKGs, Holter monitors, echocardiograms, and cardiac stress tests.

Participate in a weekly rotating schedule for hospital consults and collaborate with a team of 3 cardiac nurse practitioners.

Work closely with cardiac imaging and intervention teams at local hospitals, including (offering services like EKG, echocardiography, and coronary interventions) and Hospital (offering electrophysiology, open heart surgery, and structural interventions).

Ensure high-quality, evidence-based care and be an active part of the multidisciplinary cardiac team.

Qualifications

Board-certified or Board-eligible, fellowship-trained Non-Invasive Cardiologist.

Expertise in interpreting cardiac tests such as EKGs, echocardiograms, Holter monitoring, and cardiac stress tests.

Experience in managing both outpatient and inpatient cardiac conditions.

Ability to collaborate effectively with other medical staff, including nurse practitioners and specialists.

Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

New graduates or experienced cardiologists are encouraged to apply.
