Lead a Gastroenterology Team in Greater Asheville, NC

Join a respected, non-profit healthcare system in Asheville, NC, committed to improving community health. We're seeking a Gastroenterologist to shape the future of our GI practice. As the first incoming GI, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead a team, contributing to the growth of our GI program while providing both inpatient and outpatient care in a supportive environment.

Practice Setting:

• Non-profit healthcare system with a focus on patient-centered care
• A mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities with advanced GI procedure opportunities
• Strong support from a dedicated colorectal surgeon and cancer program involvement
• Leadership opportunity to establish and direct the GI team

Schedule:

• Two days in the OR, two days in the clinic each week
  • Block time available in the OR for efficient scheduling

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive first-year base salary, with RVU model
  • Sign-on bonus of $50,000
