We are seeking a board-certified Non-Invasive Cardiologist for a full-time locum tenens opportunity. This role is hospital-based, providing essential cardiology services without procedural responsibilities. The position offers competitive compensation, full travel support, and the opportunity to work in the region's only adult Level I trauma center.
This need is immediate and is expected to last approximately 9 months, with the potential for extension.
- Provide non-invasive cardiology services Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Participate in 1:5 weekend rounding and call rotations.
- Handle an average of 1 admission per call shift, with in-house calls required.
- Utilize the Epic EMR system for patient documentation and communication.
- Collaborate with the hospital's multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.

Qualifications
Active Ohio medical license is required (IMLC not accepted).
Current DEA license.
Certifications in ACLS and BLS.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital-based cardiology setting.
Clean credentialing history to facilitate a swift privileging process (60-day timeframe).
Working Hours
Call participation: 1:5 weekend rounding and in-house call.
Skills
Proficiency in interpreting ECGs, stress tests, and echocardiograms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work within a collaborative team environment.
Familiarity with Epic EMR is preferred.
