Coverage Needed: Two locations seeking one locum to cover both facilities for 12/1/24-2/1/25. Monday through Friday, 8 hours a day (generally, 8:30A-5P)

--Call Ratio: 1:5
--Average Number of Clinic Patients Per Day: 14
--Average Number of Inpatient Admissions Per Physician Per Day: varies per census
--Total Number of Beds: 391
--Number of Cardiologists Physicians in Group: 1
--Other Cardiologists will be Present During Locum's Coverage
--Locum Physician is Required to Supervise Other(4 mid-level providers)
--Patient Age Demographic: Adult/Geriatric
--Documentation System: EPIC
--Board Certified
--Active Virginia License & DEA
--AHF Fellowship(LVAD experience)
