- Shift: M-F, 8-4
- On-Call Requirements: 1 weekend/month and 1 weeknight/week; 1:4 ratio
- Practice Setting: Inpatient/Call/Outpatient/Clinic
- Call Ratio: 1:4
- Average Number of Clinic Patients Per Day: 10-12
- Average Number of Inpatient Admissions Per Physician Per Day: varies per census
- Total Number of Beds: 391
- Number of Cardiologists Physicians in Group: 1
- Other Cardiologists will be Present During Locum's Coverage
- Locum Physician is Required to Supervise Other (4 mid-level providers)
- Patient Age Demographic: Adult/Geriatric
- Documentation System: EPIC
- Procedures Required: Echocardiography, Electrocardiograms (EKGs), CPETEchocardiography {procedures are diagnostic only}
- Board Certified - Required
- Active VA License & DEA - Required
- BLS/ACLS Certified - Required
- Flu vaccine - Required at time of credentialing
