• Practice Setting: Inpatient/Call/Outpatient/Clinic
• Call Ratio: 1:4
• Average Number of Clinic Patients Per Day: 10-12
• Average Number of Inpatient Admissions Per Physician Per Day: varies per census
• Total Number of Beds: 391
• Number of Cardiologists Physicians in Group: 1
• Other Cardiologists will be Present During Locum's Coverage
• Locum Physician is Required to Supervise Other(4 mid-level providers)
• Patient Age Demographic: Adult/Geriatric
• Documentation System: EPIC

Procedures Required: Echocardiography, Electrocardiograms (EKGs), CPETEchocardiography {procedures are diagnostic only}

Estimated credentialing timeframe: ~180 days; temp privileges available

• Board Certified - REQUIRED
• Active VA License & DEA - REQUIRED
• BLS/ACLS Certified - REQUIRED
