Join a team of 6 Cardiologists and 9 APP's at a financially secure, independent community hospital system in Massachusetts, with a teaching service and a busy Cardiology practice. Seeking team members who can provide inpatient and outpatient care. There is also interest in providers who prefer solely inpatient or outpatient care. This is a short drive to Boston, MA and New York City and is a 4-season resort community, with ample cultural opportunities.
3 year $515,000 guarantee base salary . $45,000 sign on bonus. 403b and 457B. Affordable lifestyle with excellent public and private schools make this an ideal family location. Full service lectrphysiology lab, catheterization lab (Diagnostic lab only), and Advanced Imaging Center (Cardiac CTA and Cardiac MRI'S).

Academic affiliation with a local hospital that offers teaching opportunities
. One weeknight call per week with only one weekend call a month. Receives over 70 new referrals, weekly . New providers can develop owned patient panel, quickly. 36 hours of clinical patient time, and 4 hours of admin. The health system has three facilities under its umbrella. The RVU target is 7,745. The conversion factor for wRVUs above the group target is $67.31 per wRVU. You will have the opportunity to earn up to $17,500 of compensation for Performance Incentives. You will receive 7 weeks of "Time Off" per year which can be used for vacation, sick time, CME, etc. This will be prorated based on weeks worked in the fiscal year. 1:9 Call Ratio. CME time and $4,500 available.
