PRACTICE
*Hospital employed structure
*Defined need based on size of service area and current FTE's
*General Cardiology with ECHO, EKG, Stress, etc.
*Full-time / Part-time - Open
*Office space located in MOB
*Invasive and interventional work can be referred to several large cities near-by
*Call coverage
*200 Bed Hospital
*Hospital has CATH lab
FINANCIALS
*On-going salary plus wRVU bonus
*Salary $550K-$700K(50th & 75th), Bonus conversion factor $63
*3-yr arrangement
*90 day out clause without cause – bilateral
*Malpractice
*Tail coverage
*Cover licensing fees
*PTO (20 personal days)
*CME (One week PTO)
*Student Loan support up to $30K per year(no cap)
*Sign-on bonus = $40K+
*Relocation = $10K+
