Seeking a Board Eligible/Board Non-invasive Cardiologist to join a large group of providers in a practice which is currently experiencing significant growth.

  • Rotational Outreach Schedule:

    • Every 3rd week, 1 week per month secondary location

    • Every 3rd Wednesday at 3rd location

    • With balanced schedule at main location

  • Outreach locations are within an hour’s drive from Lafayette, IN

  • Call: 1:3

  • Average number of outpatients: 11 – 13 patients per day

  • Average number of inpatients: 8 – 15 patients per day

  • Common Diagnoses:

    • Atrial Fibrillation

    • Hypertension

    • Coronary Artery Disease

    • Heart Failure

    • Dyslipidemia
