Great Lakes Physician Practice is a group of Board-Certified Providers and Advanced Practice Providers providing care for the residents of several beautiful lakefront communities. Our network includes the primary care doctors, surgeons, and specialists. Great Lakes Physician Practice doctors not only work closely together, but also with area hospitals, to ensure seamless health care for their patients.


Western New York is an ideal destination for family living with quality educational opportunities and endless recreational activities to enjoy. Chautauqua County is located less than three hours from Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Rochester, and Toronto and within an easy drive from Buffalo, Niagara Falls, and Erie. You will love living here!


Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join full-service cardiology group of three full-time cardiologists. Nuclear, echocardiography, and vascular certified programs. Services include stress echo, 3D echo and TEE. Office and diagnostic center located near the hospital. The ideal physician is a cardiology fellowship-trained board certified/board eligible. Our cardiology practice has locations in Fredonia, Silver Creek, and Jamestown, NY, with this opportunity available in Jamestown.
