Compensation:
Direct from Training: $760,000/year plus productivity incentive bonus plan
With 3 or More Years of Practice Experience: $800,000/year plus productivity incentive bonus plan
Sign-on bonus
Educational debt forgiveness loan, if applicable
$5,000 professional expense allowance
Up to $15,000 relocation assistance
