Interventional Cardiology opening in Kentucky - Located in Danville, KY - Lexington 35m - Full-time, permanent position - Salary Range: $550k-$600k - Employed opportunity We are seeking a physician to join our current cardiology program in providing services for patient care in a six-county service area. Recruitment of a physician is due to a strong community need and to support the hospital's medical staff. Centers administration is very supportive of this recruitment effort and the growth in the cardiology program. The physician can expect to work a four/five-day week in an in-patient/out-patient setting and to build a busy practice quickly. Our goal is to provide complete cardiological treatment close to home. We are also able to perform ECMO (case by case needed.) The physician would be joining three experienced interventional cardiologists and one general cardiologist in the practice. The clinic support not only includes an experienced support staff and clinic manager, but there are also five advanced providers complimenting in daily patient care. Compensation and Benefits: - This is a Three-Year Employed Agreement - Year One and Year Two: Guaranteed Salary based on local market conditions. - Year Three: Base plus wRVU productivity based on local market conditions. - Health Insurance- two options for health insurance coverage(begins immediately) - Paid Time Off - 8 hours accrued per pay period (begins immediately) - Sick Time Off 6 hours accrued per pay period (begins 90 days after hire) - Short and Long Term Disability Malpractice Insurance - Continuing medical education allowance annually. - In addition, 5 days of CME time are allotted without impacting paid time off. - Commencement Bonus (paid within 30 days of start date) - Student Loan Forgiveness over 5-year period - Stipend Available (to begin upon executed agreement through June 1 of graduation program year) - 403B Retirement Savings Plan with up to 8% match - Life Insurance
