• Monday-Friday
• 2 days in office and 3 days rounds/cases
• Hospital: 8am start - last consult 4pm
• Office: 8am start - last scheduled patient 4pm
• Last groin stick 4:30, Average finish time 5/5:30

• 2 days per week and one day a month for new patients
• New Physicians see 1 patient per hour & number is gradually increased over time
• Once ramped up, see 4 established patients per hr or 3 new patients per hour (w APP/RN to help)

• 3 days a week
• Mix of hospital rounds and Interventional cases coronary / peripheral cases
• Rounds are at 1 hospital only. 2 hospitals are rare and usually only happen if a high-risk case is done at another facility.
• Option for structural procedures/TAVR if desired

• Interventional Call every 5th week Monday - Sunday
• General Weeknight is Mon-Thurs 1 night Q 2 + weeks
• Weekends include sharing general call and main hospital rounding

• Split between readers
• Can read in office or remotely from hospital or from home

Summary Salary, Paid Time Off, Benefits

• Year 1: $425k + guaranteed bonus $25K
• Year 2: $450k + productivity bonus
• 25 days PTO + 6 holidays + 5 CME days = 36 days annually
