**Invasive - Interventional Cardiologist Opening in Alamogordo, NM**
**Position Details:**
- **Type:** Full-time, permanent
- **Role:** Health Network is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Invasive - Interventional Cardiologist to join our esteemed team
- **Work Schedule:** Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- **Call:** Flexible schedule, at least 10 days per month as per bylaws
- **Patient Distribution:** 100% outpatient, excluding consults
- **Patient Volume:** Approximately 16-18 patients per day, with procedure frequency varying based on need
- **Procedures Performed:** Stent placements, pacemaker implants, generator changes, right and left heart catheterizations, cardioverter defibrillator implantation, loop recorder implants and explants, and transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE)
- **Sponsorship:** H1B and J1 visa sponsorships are available

**Requirements:**
- Must be Board-Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Invasive - Interventional Cardiology
- Must possess an unrestricted New Mexico Medical License or be eligible for licensure in the state of New Mexico
- Expertise in reading and interpreting echocardiograms, nuclear stress tests, treadmill stress tests, Holter monitors, event monitors, and EKGs
- Performing device checks, including pacemaker, loop recorder, and ICD interrogations
- Proficient in performing invasive cardiology procedures
