Position: Interventional Cardiologist

Location:Houston, TX

Type: Part-Time/Full-Time

Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Interventional Cardiologist to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on providing cutting-edge interventional cardiac care while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures, including catheterizations, stent placements, and angioplasty.
  • Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic cardiac conditions, providing high-quality care.
  • Work closely with support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal care delivery.
  • Engage in teaching opportunities with local medical students and residents.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the practice.

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree, board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiology with interventional training.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent clinical skills and a patient-centered approach.
  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

Schedule:

  • M-F 8 AM - 5 PM with shared Saturday coverage (1st/3rd Saturdays, 8 AM - 1 PM).
  • Flexible call responsibilities; currently minimal hospital call.
