Job Summary

Novant Health seeks a compassionate, caring Interventional Cardiologist to join our heart & vascular team in Asheboro, NC. The ability to interpret echocardiograms, perform transesophageal echocardiography, and interpret nuclear cardiology studies is required. Vascular intervention and pacemaker implantation skills are preferred, but not required.

Qualifications

Education:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of medicine required
  • Completion of an accredited residency program required
  • For specialty physicians - completion of an accredited fellowship program specific to medical specialty

Licensure/Certification/Registration:
  • Current MD license in appropriate state
  • Board certification or eligibility
  • Current DEA license required
