VeloSource has an Interventional Cardiologist Opportunity in Goodyear, AZ.

• Outpatient and inpatient setting
• Current team consists of 2 physicians and 1 APP
• Coverage Type-Inpatient + Call
• Call Schedule: ER call 5-7 days a month, 1:4 weekends.
• Experience: Must have completed 1-year fellowship in Interventional Cardiology. Will take candidates right out of fellowship. Vascular skills a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Inpatient Rounding and Outpatient clinic.
• Interpretation of noninvasive studies including EKG, Echo, Stress test, Nuclear Medicine stress, vascular Ultrasound, event monitors and holters.
• Interventional cardiology procedures and cases, including emergency and elective angioplasty and stenting, diagnostic heart catheterization.

Candidate Requirements:

• Active AZ State License
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (Certification must be obtained within 5 years of residency).
• Certifications: ACLS-AHA issued, BLS-AHA issued.
