Locums – Kearney, Nebraska, Interventional Cardiology Opening (IMLC Accepted)
- Clinical Role:

- ASAP
- Coverage: 2 weeks of every month
- Provider will be in clinic (if interested, not a deal breaker) and taking call
- Call varies - if not on call provider will be rounding and doing procedures
- The interventional is to help with procedures and rounds and night call at the hospital
- Must be able to read ECHOS
- Case volumes or patients:
- Caths – 686 - 57/month
- EKG's 4797 - 400/month
- Echo's 2895 - 241/month
- Holters 445 - 37/month
- Peripheral Vascular 418 - 35/month
- NM 379 - 32/month
- Cardioversions 45-50 - 4/month
- EMR-EPIC
- Facility Size-175 bed
- Monday thru Friday inpatient Rounds -
- Average Census 8-10
- APP and Hospitalist assistance
- Perform add on cath procedures, mainly inpatients, with an average of 8-9/week
- Saturday and Sunday inpatient Rounds
- Average Census 6-7
- APP and Hospitalist Assistance
- Call Responsibilities
- STEMI call
- Clinic 8-4 Monday through Friday (on days that not covering inpatient service)
- Board Certified Interventional Cardiology - Required
- NE license - Required or active IMLC
