Hospital in a North Dakota community of over 70,000 is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Interventional Cardiologist to join a group of 8 physicians and 8 APPs who provide care for one of the most progressive heart programs in the country. This is a non-profit, integrated health system. The hospital is a 248 bed, Level II Trauma Center located in Missouri River valley surrounded by high hills, green woods/forests, and charming farm country.
Hospital Employee . 1:4 Call Ratio. Annual Salary. Relocation Bonus available. CME time and money available. 401K, Health, Dental, Vision, Paid Vacation, Malpractice, Disability. Compensation floor of $750,000 for the first two years of the employment contract. $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details). Estimated potential compensation floor with wRVUs is an average of $1,000,000 after practice is established. Innovative technology and services including endovascular therapies, drug coated balloon, Orbital atherectomy, Absorb GT1 Biodegradable stent, percutaneous hemodynamic support, CardioMEMS, and the region's most advanced CT scanner allowing 4-D images in less time than the heart beats once.
