StaffMed Health Partners has partnered with a hospital and local practice in Central Florida to assist them with the recruitment of an interventional cardiologist to join a well-established practice that has been serving the community and surrounding communities for over 35 years.

Practice Highlights and Qualifications:
  • Board certified / board eligible in interventional cardiology
  • Large 39 provider practice that consists of 25 physicians and 14 APPs with 10 office locations throughout North Central Florida
  • Full-spectrum of interventional cardiology procedures (cath, PCI, pacemakers, ablations - venous, peripheral angio)
  • Practice call is 1:4/5 weeks. STEMI call 1:4/5 weeks.
  • Ideal candidate would be Nuclear and Echo certified.
The hospital you will be affiliated with is a 323-bed facility with almost 500 physicians on staff. It is part of a system in the metro area that boasts another 222-bed hospital and 3 freestanding emergency departments. This hospital system includes an Inpatient Rehabilitation Center, Wound Care Center and Imaging Center. With a Level I Trauma Center and the region's only Comprehensive Stroke Center, these facilities offer a host of quality and award-winning services, which include orthopedic, cardiovascular, emergency and neurological care, robotic and weight loss surgery and rehabilitation services.
