OH – Interventional Cardiology very Competitive Rates
Shift Details:• 24 hour call
• No clinic coverage, but need to cover cath lab and interventional cases at hospital - Call back
• Stemi call coverage is 5p-8a
• Cath lab hours are 8a-5p
Schedule:
• June 5-11 (stemi call and some cath lab time)
• June 30-July 2 (stemi call only)
• July 7-9 (stemi call only)
Work Details:
• Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 1 week
• Support Staff: there is 1 other physician who does Interventional cases and this will help keep
• Department Description: Level 3 trauma. Currently, the provider takes stemi call the night before their lab day. The physician takes call the night before from 5p-8a then reports at 8am for a day of inpatient caths. The locum would not be rounding or seeing clinic patients outside of stemis and cath lab.
• EMR: Epic, called “CareConnect” internally. Providers with solid Epic experience can take an assessment for expedited training (but cannot get out of training entirely.
• Hospital Bed size: 126
• Required Experience: Performance of at least one hundred twenty-five (125) interventional cardiac procedures to inpatients or outpatients in the last 24 months.
