University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville is seeking a board-certified/ board-eligible Advanced Heart Failure cardiologist to join our growing program. UTMC is a 700+ bed, level 1 Trauma and Tertiary Care center, the only academic center in our service region and consistently ranked as one of the top hospitals in Tennessee by US News & World Report. Our cardiology division is 22 attending cardiologists and growing rapidly, and we provide comprehensive interventional, electrophysiology and imaging services. We launched our ECMO program in 2020, and we need a dynamic clinician leader to help us grow our heart failure program as we plan expansion to Ventricular Assist Devices. You will be joining an excellent team with another Advanced Heart Failure specialist on faculty, along with advanced practice providers, dedicated pharmacist and clinical nurse navigator, and rotating Cardiology fellows from our ACGME accredited Cardiology fellowship program. You will have opportunities for faculty appointment in the Graduate School of Medicine, teaching residents and fellows, and clinical research.

Our salary structure is competitive with private practice positions.
