Practice Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient
Coverage: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
EMR System: Epic
Board Certified: Yes - Required
License Requirements: Licensed in WA
Certifications: BLS and ACLS
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
End Date: Ongoing

Additional Details:
  • Coverage needs are immediate, so will only look at WA licensed providers at this time.
  • Schedule is 7 days inpatient, one week a month.
  • Scheduled week is variable
  • Shifts are Tuesday 7a – Tuesday 7a
  • Night call will likely result in provider being called back into facility
  • ACLS and BLS are required
  • Heart failure experience is required and a fellowship would be idea
