Schedule Details: 1-2 weekends per month. (5PM Friday-7AM Monday)
Support Staff:
• 2-3 physicians and yes 1 APP
• Facility Type: hospital
• EMR/Charting Software: epic
• Avg. Daily Census: 20 pts per day
• Patient Age Group: adult
Procedures: Advanced heart failure inpatient consultative service with LVAD patients.
Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
