Job Summary:

Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist needed to establish and grow heart failure services at level II trauma center in Portsmouth, NH to support development of a comprehensive Heart Failure evaluation and management program.

Qualified Candidates:
  • Board certification in Cardiology and Board certification/eligibility following Fellowship Training in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of nursing, physicians and administration
  • Physician will serve as a member of the Mechanical Circulatory Support program and various heart failure initiatives
  • Will work in close collaboration with regional transplant referral programs
