Job Description
The Department of Internal Medicine of Wake Forest School of Medicine is seeking a full-time faculty member in the section of Heart Failure, Heart Transplant and MCS. Candidates with sub specialty training are preferred. Candidates should have completed a fellowship in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology. The position includes teaching medical students, residents and fellows with opportunities for research. The inpatient service follows a multidisciplinary team approach to inpatient management. We provide subspecialty services in pulmonary hypertension, Amyloid and HOCM, in addition to heart transplantation, durable and nondurable MCS. Faculty rank and salary will be commensurate with experience.

- MD/DO
- BC/BE
- Fellowship trained
- Successful record of clinical and service excellence, research experience, and interest in graduate medical education
- North Carolina licensure or eligible
