Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist $344/hr - Flagstafff, Arizona

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Shift Details:

• Monday – Friday: 7:00am-5:30pm (Cath Lab at the Hospital)
• Wednesday: 8:00am-5:00pm (In-Office Clinic)
• Every 2nd Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm (Telemedicine Clinic)
• Every 4th Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm (In-Office Clinic, first patient at 9:00am)

Work Details:

• Coverage Needed: Full time until a permanent provider is found
• Patients per Day: 20-22 in Clinic; Cath Lab consults 3-4, EP cases 4-6
• Patient Population: Adult
• Department: Cardiac Electrophysiology (heart rhythm disturbances)
• EMR: Cerner
• Hospital Bed Size: 268

Practice Setting:

• Hospital
• In-Office Clinic

Requirements:

• Board Certification: BC or BE required
• License: AZ Licensed or OK to license
• DEA: AZ registered
• CSR: Not required
• Certifications: ACLS
• Experience: Minimum 1 year

Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
