Job Title: Electrophysiologist (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Position Overview:
This position offers the flexibility to work either two weeks per month or full-time. The ideal candidate will be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Electrophysiology and possess an Arizona license or be eligible for an Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) license.

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Shift Details:
Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Cath Lab at the Hospital) except for specific days
Every Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (In-Office Clinic)
Every 2nd Friday of the Month: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Telemedicine Clinic)
Every 4th Friday of the Month: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (In-Office Clinic, first patient at 9:00 AM)

Work Details:
Support Staff: TBD
Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Full time until a permanent provider is found
Patients per Day: 20-22 in the clinic
Patient Population/Age: Adult
Department Description: Cath Lab consults (3-4 per day) plus EP cases (4-6 per day depending on case length)
Specialty: Cardiac Electrophysiology, specifically heart rhythm disturbances
EMR System: Cerner
Hospital Bed Size: 268

Requirements:
Board Certification: BC or BE in Electrophysiology required
License: AZ Licensed or IMLC eligible
DEA: AZ registered
CSR: Not required
Certifications: ACLS
Minimum Experience: 1 year
Skills Required: To be determined
Special Procedures: To be determined
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
