Soon to be Level III, 150 Bed hospital, with a brand new wing that is set to be finished In March adding 100 new and private licensed beds. There is no other comprehensive cardiology group in that side of town and we are looking to build it to that so that the group will be the winner in that market. The eventual goal is to be a group of 8 which we hope to achieve in the next 2-3 years. Area has 35% growth in population in that area alone in the last year and San Antonio has a catchment of 900k+

Compensation:

• $800000.00 on guarantee.
• SCF: $62/RVU on productivity model
• Sign on - $20-50k without approval
• 10k quality bonus every year

About Group:

• Current group consists of 3 INTERVENTIONAL CARDIOLOGISTS.
• 3 Current Physician Partners:
• Dr. Tjahja (General Cardiology) 20+ years of experience
• Dr. Rivera (Interventional Cardiology) 10+ years practicing
• Dr. Shaikh (Interventional Cardiology) 20+ years practicing
• No current EPs - they refer out at this time to independent EPs that do some work at our hospital.
• Is there Midlevel support? ( APPs, MAs, etc.) Yes-We have 2 NPs and 1 PAs and working to add an additional 2 more.

CT surgery is available - Dr. Ford is private but works with the hospital and is always available when needed.

Anestheia is available - CRNA model

No issues getting lab time, it's not blocked per say but there is always time available. They are redoing a lab in the hospital and should be ready in April it was a 4.6 million dollar upgrade.

• The team is doing EP cases onsite. So there currently is an existing support team. There is a dedicated EP tech dedicated for ablations and devices.
• 3 cath labs, one is dedicated to EP- the other two can be used for EP cases as well if needed
• The mapping system is carton and webster.
• They do watchmans, ablations, etc
• Ideal schedule is clinic once a week and lab 4 days week (Eventual goal)
