- Other Details: The facility which is trauma level 4 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper call if needed. There are an average of 4-7 beds in the department. The facility is seeking coverage from July 14–18 and August 4–8, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily. The facility is supported by CRNAs and Anesthesia Techs, with a call schedule of 1:4 (actual needs may vary), including weekday and weekend rotation with beeper call only. The caseload includes MAC, general anesthesia, electives, intubations, IV placements, CRNA supervision, and OB/epidurals. The facility is equipped with Drager anesthesia machines, the Omnicell medication dispensing system, and Cerner EMR.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform intubations and IV placements as needed.
- Supervise CRNAs and collaborate with anesthesia techs and other medical staff.
- Participate in call coverage as scheduled (1:4 rotation, beeper call only).
- Ensure proper documentation using Cerner EMR.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted medical license (or eligibility) for the state of practice.
- Experience with OB anesthesia and supervising CRNAs preferred.
- Familiarity with Drager anesthesia machines and Omnicell medication dispensing systems is a plus.
Working Hours
- August 4–8: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily
- Weekday and weekend rotation with call (1:4), beeper call only
Skills
- Skilled in airway management, intubation, and IV placement.
- Strong communication and leadership skills for supervising CRNAs.
- Comfortable using electronic medical records, particularly Cerner.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
