- Other Details: The facility which is stroke-certified is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. There are an average of 5 patients per shift and 16 beds in the department. Clean background & NPDB. Full time availability is preferred. Looking for someone 40-50hrs per week.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage an average of 5 patients per shift in a 16-bed department.
- Perform patient evaluations, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with facility protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Clean background and NPDB record.
- Board certification or eligibility in relevant specialty.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
Working Hours
- 40-50 hours per week.
- On-site clinical hours only.
