• Admissions: Required
• Facility does not have a care team model, anesthesiologists must be comfortable and competent to do their own cases

Requirements

• Board Certified in Anesthesiology
• Active IN License
• Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
• Clean Background & NPDB
• Full-time availability preferred (40-50 hours per week)
