Locums Anesthesiologist - Grand Rapids, MI Coverage Need

  • Assignment Dates: June - September 2025 - June 9-13 - July 7-11 - July 21-25 - August 4-8 - September 1-5 - Ongoing sporadic coverage for maternity leave, PTO, etc.
  • Schedule: - Day shifts, Monday Friday - Shared night and weekend call (1:5) - Weekday in-house call shift: 3 PM - 6:30 AM - Weekend in-house call shift: 6:30 AM - 6:30 AM - Regular day shifts: 6 AM - 3-5 PM - Post in-house call day off
Position Details Specialty: Anesthesiology Provider Type: Physician Practice Setting: Hospital-Based EMR: Epic Trauma Level: II Average Number of Surgical Cases per Day: 80-100 Operating Rooms: 20 Patient Population: Adult & Pediatric Cases Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days Submissions Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency with boards scheduled) BLS, ACLS, PALS Must be available for all or most listed dates (notate full availability at submission) MI license or active IMLC in hand at submission Local drive-in providers highly preferred Clean background with minimal or no malpractice
