Schedule: Multiple shift options available. Looking for regular, ongoing coverage in 3, 6, or 12 month assignments. Will accept interest in one or both shift options.
Monday - Friday, 630a-430p OR 11a-7p.
24 hr Weekend In-House shift once per month
Details:
Locums provider must be BC or BE in Anesthesiology with an active IL license or IMLC LOQ.
Must have BLS (AHA) and an active IL DEA.
Full time schedule is Monday-Friday, either 630a-430p or 11a-7p. MUST be available for a full week at a time, at least one full week per month, preferably two or more weeks per month.
Other schedule need is for one 24 hr weekend in-house shift per month.
Locum will cover main OR, no call, OT pay available for patient care after shift.
Level 1 Trauma Center
EMR is EPIC
Mix of Adult and Geriatric. Dedicated pediatric anesthesiologist coverage onsite.
Procedures required: Standard scope of General Anesthesiologist, such as nerve blocks and epidurals.
Includes supervision of CRNAs. Typical ratio is 1:4. Teams of CRNAs for peds, OB, and heart.
Cases per day: 15
Support Staff: 13 MDs, 60+ CRNAs
Credentials: Active IL Medical License or IMLC LOQ, BC/BE Anesthesiology, active DEA license, BLS
