APP - General Surgery - No Surgery, just Pre/Post Op

Location: Denver, CO

1099 Locums Contract

Dates of coverage ASAP - 3-6 months

Our client is looking for an experienced NP/PA in General Surgery, Pre and Post Op patients only. No surgery experience needed.

Daily Responsibilities: Pre/Post Op rounding on General Surgery Patients, assisting with inpatient orders and consults from other services, discharges of patients, fielding calls from nursing. Always an attending Physician onsite. Provider will NOT be doing any cases in the OR.

Shifts/Schedule Expectations: Monday – Sunday – 6:30a or 8:30a to 5:00p or 7:00p - 4x10’s weekly – start/end dates TBD)

No Call

Estimated 10-20 Patients per day

EMR: EPIC

Requirements

• CO License
• DEA
• At least one year of experience
