Anesthesiologist

• Shift: 5x8 3 weeks/month minimum 7a-3p.
• Guarantee: 40 hours.
• Types of cases: PEDS + Neonates.
• EMR: Epic.
• Clinician will be required to attend Epic training and/or test out.
• Pediatric fellowship required.
• Will credential at 2 sites.
• Evidence of at least 30 neonatal (under 28 days old) cases with 75 pediatric cases (29 days to 1yr) , reflective of the scope of privileges requested, during the past 12 months.
• Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
