Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
Active IL license or IMLC LOQ; BLS (AHA);
Active IL DEA
Mix of Adult and Geriatric. Dedicated pediatric anesthesiologist coverage onsite.
Average 15 ppd
13 MDs, 60+ CRNAs
Monday-Friday day shift (6:30a-4:30p)
MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR A FULL WEEK AT A TIME
At least one full week per month, preferably two or more weeks per month.
Starting as soon as credentialed; length of assignment is ongoing for an undetermined amount of time.
Also, 24-hour in-house weekend shift is needed for one weekend per month.
