Assignment Details/Requirements (#107064):
--Board Certification is required
--Active Texas license is required
--Dates Needed: March 3-5, 11-14, 17-20, 24-28, 31; April 1-4
--Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hour days
--Clean Background for quick creds
--Coverage for two locations for 8 hours, with possible OT
--Not supervising CRNAs
--Types of Cases: General, Ortho/Spine, Endo
