Locum Pediatric Anesthesiologists needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near North Fort Myers, FL. FL license preferred.
- Shift: 5x8 hr days. Full time. 40 GWW.
- Some weekends. Some call. Post call is off. Please make sure clinician is open to both in house and beeper call.
- Types of cases: PEDS and adults. Up to 60-70% peds. Must be comfortable with PEDS. Case mix: ENT, ortho, general, optho, dental, urology, some neuro.
- Age of the peds: 0 days and up. Most are more than 1 month old.
- Healthy or Sick: Both but mostly (70-80%) healthy.
- Do PEDS include tubes and tonsils or more complex: Both.
- EMR: Epic.
- How often on call: Q3.
- # of MDs: 5 other peds docs (30 other total docs).
- # of CRNAs: 25 peds CRNAs (80 total CRNA’s).
- Medically directed.
- Must have peds anes fellowship or peds anes board cert.
- Credentialing timeframe: 60 days.
