7a-7p shifts
Support Staff: CRNAs
Patients Per Day: 50 - 60
Department Description: Comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo. 1 provider is assigned to OB each day – this will not be a locum
EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
Hospital Bed size: 11 ORs in main hospital. 2 in the ambulatory center
Number of Beds: 268
Special Procedures: Locums do not medically direct CRNAs
Practice Setting: Hospital, Ambulatory Surgery Center
License Required: Active AZ license - IMLC Only (Willing to License)
ACLS, PALS – Required
DEA - Required
Board Certified/Board Eligible – Required
Years of Experience Required: 1
Trauma Level I Experience – Preferred
Trauma Level II Experience – Preferred
