Cardiac Anesthesiologist opening in Sayre, PA Full Time and Permanent Position Accepts H1B Visa We are seeking a Fellowship-Trained, Board-Certified, or Eligible Cardiac Anesthesiologist with transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) certification to join our expanding team. This position will include a faculty role in our Anesthesia Residency Program. Opportunity Highlights: Involvement in a newly established Anesthesiology Residency Program (started July 2020) Access to 18 state-of-the-art operating rooms Approximately 250 open cardiac cases annually, including TAVR and advanced vascular surgery in a hybrid operating room Collaboration in the Cath Lab with cardiologists Fellowship training in Cardiac Anesthesiology or in the certification process, along with Echocardiography certification or in the process of certification Utilization of a robust EHR system (EPIC 10-Star health system, top 1% of EPIC Organizations) Anesthesia Department manages OR schedules for smooth and efficient workflows Work-Life Balance: Primarily responsible for cardiac calls with rare callbacks Total time off of 8-10 weeks per year 8 holidays per year Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary range: $650,000 - $675,000 $200,000 loan forgiveness available for qualified candidates $25,000 starting bonus $25,000 retention bonus for each of the following three years Quality and Citizenship bonuses available up to $15,000 Full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance Malpractice/liability insurance, including tail coverage Retirement savings plan (403B) with employer match and age-based contributions Allowance for licensure fees, DEA certificate, and renewals Career Development: 14 meeting days with options for home study (up to one week may be converted to vacation time) Annual support of $3,400 for conference registration, certifications, and membership fees for specialty-specific medical societies Teaching opportunities available, including participation in medical student education Physician mentoring and leadership training opportunities Supportive Transition: Relocation expenses covered (up to $15,000 for qualified candidates) Accompanying partner placement assistance available Access to physician professional and social special interest groups
