Nocturnist Anesthesiologist opening in PA Located in Sayre, PA - 18m to Elmira, NY Full Time and Permanent Position Overview: We are seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Nocturnist Anesthesiologists to join our expanding team. This new position offers an attractive compensation package, student loan forgiveness, and a balanced work schedule. Opportunity Highlights: Work Schedule: 26 weeks on, 26 weeks off; 7 to 14-hour shifts (5:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.) Compensation: Total yearly compensation of $500,000 Student Loan Forgiveness: $200,000 Starting Bonus: $25,000 Retention Bonus: $25,000 Care Model: Primarily Anesthesiology Care Team Model with CRNAs and residents, alongside occasional direct patient care. Work-Life Balance: Weeks run from Saturday to the following Saturday, focusing on completing the regular OR schedule and managing urgent/emergent care. A new Anesthesiology Residency Program was initiated in July 2020. 18 state-of-the-art operating rooms equipped with a robust EHR system (EPIC 10-Star health system).
