OneStaff Locums has a client south of Denver seeking a few FT locums for M-F with flexibility of a weekend here or there if needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Hospital based OR
• How many anesthesiologists in your group? 55
• How many CRNAs in your group? 30
• Will the Locum anesthesiologists be required to supervise CRNAs? Yes, 40% of the time. Supervising 3-4 CRNAs at a time. No more than 4 CRNAs at a time.
• Number of operating rooms: 22
• Types of cases: Ortho, OB, regionals, etc.
• The average number of cases per day varies.
• Reason for need: expanded areas of coverage needed
• EMR: Epic
• Level 1 Trauma
• Patient demographic: 80% Adult and 20% Trauma

Additional Questions:
• What is the number of ORs and Endo Suites? - 13 OR's, and 2 endoscopy suites
• Can you please let us know if the provider will handle Neuro or cardiac cases? – no cardiac, but neuro is a specialty

Qualifications

• Board Certified - Required (Will accept Truly BE if within 5 years of Residency)
• Active CO license or IMLC - Required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS - Required
• Must have clean background no malpractice claims – Required
• COVID Vaccination - Required (do allow for medical exemptions),

Working Hours

• Schedule: Mon-Fri. No weekends, no call.
• Start Date: ASAP
• Weekend coverage (or at least flexibility to cover) is a huge plus
